Recently was in for wheel alignment. Quick assessment showed there was a problem. However needed a part for camber adjustment the factory did not install. Jayne in service was good and did not charge me showed there was a problem. However needed a part for camber adjustment the factory did not install. Jayne in service was good and did not charge me full price for labor and part. However, I have known for years when wheels are aligned, the tire pressure should be checked and adjusted as needed for proper alignment. When I left the dealership and just a few minutes later, I checked the pressure with the tps on the car. Left rear pressure was at exactly what it was when I dropped it off, about 5 pounds lower than the others. Now I wonder if the wheels are properly aligned. The van does drive nicely and handles well, but is it exactly what it should be. You have friendly people but I do wonder about the capability of people you don’t see. More
