Dealership seems clean and friendly. Communication was good, but the service center failed to repair my vehicle to my satisfaction. Starting problem was repaired, but engine light was not cleared and new good, but the service center failed to repair my vehicle to my satisfaction. I had a positive experience during my purchase. The salesman, Brian , was a straight shooting guy & not the typical "car salesman" which I personally enjoyed. He & the finance department were able to g salesman, Brian , was a straight shooting guy & not the typical "car salesman" which I personally enjoyed. He & the finance department were able to get me to the payment I wanted without all of the typical back & forth. Once I got to the finance department I was treated with the same quality care by Michael McDorman. He did a fantastic job going over all of the documents & warranty packages explaining in detail what all would be covered. Overall it was a great experience & I would definitely recommend the Patterson family of dealers to my friends and family. More

While my service experience this time around was handled very well, that is not the "normal" for Patterson. More often than not I have issues with the service department. Further, their buying experience ha very well, that is not the "normal" for Patterson. More often than not I have issues with the service department. Further, their buying experience has become progressively worse over the years. My wife and I tried to buy a new Telluride from them a few months back, but the sales people were horrible and the credit department was even worse. We ended up buying a brand new Ford Edge ST from a different dealership. More
