When the vehicle arrive it had a few issues and we were on a very tight timeline. Thanks to Brad Rogers with assistance from Kevin Vines they found a positive resolution allowing us to be ready to flat tow, resolving the vehicle issues and meeting our timeline. Cliff Valier was outstanding managing the Finance Documents very professional and patient as we had to sign twice as the vehicle VIN changed from the one they thought they would receive. They did everything they could to make it right. Bruce W our salesperson was very patient and helpful in showing us how all the bells and whistles worked in the vehicle taking all the time I needed to be comfortable.
