JEEP LOVER FOREVER I have repeatedly gone to Patterson Auto Center because of how the customer is treated with patience, dignity, and respect. Every person I saw gettin I have repeatedly gone to Patterson Auto Center because of how the customer is treated with patience, dignity, and respect. Every person I saw getting a turn with their salesman were treated with good old fashion Texas Respect! Sometimes when you hire young salesman you take a chance of that not being inherent, thus the true character of any program begins at the top, the Manager! It’s obvious that Marvin White has taught his employees the importance of treating people equally with warmth and respect. Being a Director and representative of a hospital, I can certainly appreciate that. That is indicative of a Manager who knows true customer service care! Marvin was on the floor making sure everyone was being tended to. My salesman, Tucker, did a good job of staying in touch, and telling me about the features during my test drive. When I see that occurring on your floor or outside, I can tell you, I will keep coming back. I have bought 4 vehicles from you in the past 14 years. I have owned Jeeps, Chrysler, and RAM vehicles for about 30 years. I have to say, my preference are the Jeeps! I will keep buying them, although it’s hard to let them go. Lol. Service I had come in at the Dodge house on Thursday the 25th of July around 10:00 am to see if I could get oil change in my dodge ram pickup that I had purc I had come in at the Dodge house on Thursday the 25th of July around 10:00 am to see if I could get oil change in my dodge ram pickup that I had purchased at the end of April. Upon arrival at service dept. I when inside of the dept. where there were three men at desks. One looked at me at looked back down to continue to be on his computer without asking if I could helped. Finally another man sitting looked at me and stared and finally asked what do you need. I asked if I could get my oil changed and he said in about 3 1/2 hours. I said ok could I make an appointment for then. He took his thumb and pointed over his should and said you will have to go inside they don't make appointment. I had never been to that service dept. and really did not know the protocol for that dealership. I have been to the Patterson service dept. where I purchased my Buick Enclave in 2012 and always been treated very well. I am a little disappointed in service dept. More
