Seldom have I experienced customer service at quite the level to I was exposed at Foundation. You folks truly need help with dealing with customers. Whether it is a lack of training, inexperience or just a level to I was exposed at Foundation. You folks truly need help with dealing with customers. Whether it is a lack of training, inexperience or just apathy is uncertain. But what is certain, is that no company can long endure if its customers are not adequately attended. The single star rating given was only because there was no lower option available. This is the third time I have responded to your request for a rating and the third time you have received my comments with no feedback from Foundation which leads me to believe that apathy prevails not only in the Service department. An honest critical rating should be viewed as an opportunity to self evaluate and correct any shortcoming and thereby improve.This seems not to be the case with Foundation so please refrain from wasting my time if not yours by sending any more rating questionnaires.
