The staff was friendly and gave me updates on the the status of my truck, then showed me the problem offering to fix it the same day. When it looked like the truck wouldn’t be done by the time I needed i status of my truck, then showed me the problem offering to fix it the same day. When it looked like the truck wouldn’t be done by the time I needed it to head to work, a vehicle was prepared and set up for me to drive so I made it back to work on time. I ended up not needing to borrow a vehicle because the guys were able to finish the service. More

Service I had come in at the Dodge house on Thursday the 25th of July around 10:00 am to see if I could get oil change in my dodge ram pickup that I had purc I had come in at the Dodge house on Thursday the 25th of July around 10:00 am to see if I could get oil change in my dodge ram pickup that I had purchased at the end of April. Upon arrival at service dept. I when inside of the dept. where there were three men at desks. One looked at me at looked back down to continue to be on his computer without asking if I could helped. Finally another man sitting looked at me and stared and finally asked what do you need. I asked if I could get my oil changed and he said in about 3 1/2 hours. I said ok could I make an appointment for then. He took his thumb and pointed over his should and said you will have to go inside they don't make appointment. I had never been to that service dept. and really did not know the protocol for that dealership. I have been to the Patterson service dept. where I purchased my Buick Enclave in 2012 and always been treated very well. I am a little disappointed in service dept. More
Dodge DEF issue resolved quickly and efficiently We were stranded 1000 miles from home with a dog needing vet care and really desperate to get home! Great sales team lousy service department I have bought 2 vehicles from Patterson on n the last 3 years. One a Ram 2500 slt and the other a Buick Encore. I was given 4 complimentary oil chang I have bought 2 vehicles from Patterson on n the last 3 years. One a Ram 2500 slt and the other a Buick Encore. I was given 4 complimentary oil changes with the new truck. The first one was smooth like it should be. They tried to charge me for the second one as it didn't show upon their computer. I had to argue for that one. I took it n today for the 3rd one and it didn't show on the computer again and the service advisor (Carie) had to call someone and they verified I had 2 left but then advised her that they were only good up to 30,000 miles. I have 31,000. I went to the sales manager who wrote a nice note to the service advisor to take care of the problem. They took the truck back around 10am and I guess they put me on the (service as slow as possible list) because at 12 pm it was still sitting in the same place. I had them retrieve the truck and left. They still owe me 2 oil changes but I probably will never get them done. It cost me a day of work and I still didn't get the oil changed. I will not buy another vehicle from Patterson due to this lousy treatment. More

I take pride in learning what I drive and what I can do to fix it to save a buck or two, or simple have a mission to complete. There are times that a special team of folks come together to assist everyday Joe's in what seems to be then end of the world. That brings me to my case in point. I had the pleasure of being helped by the service manager, Mr. Cameron. He listened attentively is i shared my hardship of my car shutting off on me. He then walked me over to his service rep, Ms. Keri. She picked up where Mr. Cameron lefted off. She assured me a quick turn around of the issue and told me she would be in contact. I left thinking my problem wasn't going to solved. Later that day prior to the close of business I got a call from Ms. Keri giving me an update and she would be speaking to the service tech., Mr. Wesley, but due to the hustle and busy day she will give me solid report the next day. I was pleased. She called me the next day, told me the issue and asked if I could come in and speak to her service tech. and make my plan going forward. I was greater by her and Mr. Cameron once again, they both sprang into action to care for my need. Mr. Wesley explain clearly my issue and everyone was on the same page. I was in and out due to i felt I could fix the issue. What I'm saying is this team starting with Mr. Cameron knows how to talk to people and handle Dodge products and services. With the skills to move all the pieces like three games of chess at on time,I witness Mr. Cameron in constant communication with his employees. Ms. Keri was lovely in her approach and sharing of information. Mr. Wesley is a man of his technical expertise which compliments everyone's role because the product is supremely handled by hI'm to fix. Indeed, I'm a pleased customer and these individuals are assets to Dodge for years to come in my professional and personal opinion.
