After having a very bad experience with Foundation GMC in Wichita Falls several months ago. I was reluctant to go back there with my truck. We also have a Hyundai and their service department was Exceptional Wichita Falls several months ago. I was reluctant to go back there with my truck. We also have a Hyundai and their service department was Exceptional in every detail. So I assumed GMC Department would have the same level of professionalism, customer care and acceptance for responsibility of things that happened on their end This last visit last week was completely different. By the way I was treated informed, and when they had worked on my truck and then found out the part was not in stock they were very quick to offer me a courtesy Car after having to wait several hours. I live approximately 50 miles away so it was not convenient for me to back-and-forth like I said they fixed me up with a courtesy vehicle. I was unable to pick up my truck the next day, which was Friday, 10 May because of the bad weather extremely bad hail when I pick up my truck Friday evening all the service done corrections were made to Bill reducing my cost and much to my surprise, they had detailed my truck inside now which was greatly appreciated, but totally unnecessary. That they Felt but it was worth doing goes a long way instead of it just a simple we’re sorry, but that’s the way it is. Attitude is not like that. I dealt with several people each one of them seem to be happy to take care of me and my vehicle, when I picked up my truck, Daniel the service rep who had been helping me off. And Glenn from the Hyundai department stepped up and made sure that I was properly taken care of before. I left there that kind of and spirit is hard to find and these days , and very, hopefully Foundation is taking very good care of their employees because they are exceptional. More
I was in this GMC service department, a few months back with my truck and receiving nothing but grief, the particular woman that was helping me was very unhelpful. I’m very unfriendly and almost didn’t com with my truck and receiving nothing but grief, the particular woman that was helping me was very unhelpful. I’m very unfriendly and almost didn’t come back. I did not for Glenn giving me excellent service on my wife Hyundai just before that I would not have given GMC serviced by me a second chance. I’m very glad I did. I was treated very well and kept informed constantly what was going on and when there was a problem that caused my truck to stay the night I was provided courtesy car since I lived over 50 miles away when I came to pick up my truck was all the work completed to my expectations, but they detailed my truck and did a wonderful job went his way to make sure I was taking care and of course not to forget Glenn. He was very helpful Friday because it was Daniel day off and he insured we got out of there in timely manner and was very satisfied. These are good people. And you should make every effort to keep them all More

Had a Mechanical problem while traveling cross country. Able to get in immediately! They corrected the problem and we were back on road much faster than originally anticipated. We brought our Buick encore in for repair last year the day after Christmas we just got the car back today taking the mechanic two months to fix it was there for two months, and they never bothered to even day after Christmas we just got the car back today taking the mechanic two months to fix it was there for two months, and they never bothered to even wash the vehicle from all the dirt and dust that it gathered during the repair The bill was over $5000 and you made us pay for the credit card transaction of 3% James Baker was the very worse service representative I've ever dealt with in my entire life currently I'm 65 years old and I've never had such a bad experience with a dealership. Worst customer experience I ever encountered. Avoid Foundation Motors like the plague. More
