Best service I got my oil changed and inspection. Plus my tire repaired. They quoted me price and time, both were correct! They have snacks and beverages which is I got my oil changed and inspection. Sperking of toddler, they have a dedicated room for kids that has a lot of potential but it's not great. The toys need updated and Legos for the huge Lego table would be a good start. Service was amazing though!!! More

won’t be back to any Medved I went into Medved as I was pre-approved for financing. I was interested in trading my SUV for a sedan. It was a Tuesday afternoon when I made it in s I went into Medved as I was pre-approved for financing. I was interested in trading my SUV for a sedan. It was a Tuesday afternoon when I made it in so I was the only customer in the dealership. I explained my situation to the sales consultant who understood and seemed hopeful that I would be able to get into a new vehicle. Once she brought the sales manager over with her things went downhill. He was rude, didn’t seem to care about what I was saying or what I was looking for. He made me feel bad that he was trying to make a deal for me when I said multiple times I DID NOT need to leave with a vehicle. Ultimately, I felt guilted into buying a car i did not want. Now i’m stuck with something I’m unhappy with and will probably trade in elsewhere and be down negative equity just to get into what I was really hoping for. Very dissatisfied!!! More
If you care about your time, don't buy through MedVed Kia I very much enjoyed the initial sales process, which was a lease. However, at the end of the lease, the calls started -- the emphasis on CALLS. Each I very much enjoyed the initial sales process, which was a lease. However, at the end of the lease, the calls started -- the emphasis on CALLS. Each conversation, I made my intentions clear: I wanted to buy the vehicle at the end of the lease and I was NOT interested in a new lease. However, more calls kept coming. After the 3rd call, I asked to speak with a sales manager. Once again, I reiterated my intentions and asked to be removed from the call list. That was not enough, the calls kept coming. In total, there were at least 6 calls and conversations with two sales managers, asking to be removed from the call list. Then, I received a call where I scheduled an appointment to buy-out the lease. I arrived at the appointed time, but was told the person with whom I had an appointment was not yet available. While I was waiting, I was asked to complete a credit application. I questioned why, as I was planning on writing a check for the vehicle. I was told it was standard protocol. Thirty minutes later after the person with whom I had the appointment had not arrived, I left in complete frustration that my time was wasted. I received a phone call shortly later asking why I was frustrated. Really? As it turns out, I was misled in the purpose of the appointment. Evidently, the appointment was made to get me into a new lease. I'd like to leave expletives here, but that would be appropriate for this forum. After that phone call, I learned of the person who I really needed to schedule an appointment with to buy-out the lease. Through this process, I learned that MedVed Kia does not appreciate the value of their customers' time. And that their sales people are instructed to make these harassing calls. It's really sad that the sales team is so short sighted that their destroying the customer relationship with this strategy. More
