Scheduled oil change I drive past a different KIA dealership to have all the work done to my vehicle at Medved. I am particular when it comes to the care my Sorento gets a I drive past a different KIA dealership to have all the work done to my vehicle at Medved. I am particular when it comes to the care my Sorento gets and the other dealership left grease on the interior of my vehicles light gray upholstery and I was there for three hours for an oil change even though I had an appointment. It could be better with more communication. When I called to make appointment for the Subaru at Chevy service that they moved foreign vehicles to Kia, so when I came in they said you go to Kia n When I called to make appointment for the Subaru at Chevy service that they moved foreign vehicles to Kia, so when I came in they said you go to Kia now, I been going there’s 6 years and bought two cars there made me not happy and didn’t apologize for it!!!!
