Josh & Kia Service Dept. did a good job on my 2007 Sportage Just a normal oil & filter change & tire rotation. The service department always does a safety inspection & fluid check & gives me a report so I can f Just a normal oil & filter change & tire rotation. Also had them check my Cabin Filter which was in need of replacement. They will even show you the old part if you ask. I left feeling good that my car was ready for my summer road trips. I waited for the car to be done & it took less than one hour. More

Above and Beyond: My purchase experience at Medved Kia. After my Insurance Company totaled my 2011 Kia and needed a replacement, fast. I decided on a new 2018 Kia Soul with all the new safety features. My After my Insurance Company totaled my 2011 Kia and needed a replacement, fast. I decided on a new 2018 Kia Soul with all the new safety features. My Neighbor Ray Referred me to Medved Kia and Sean O"Donnell the Vehicle Delivery Manager at Medved Kia. Sean located vehicle that was at another Kia Dealership. After a lengthy struggle with the other dealer Sean was advised by the Medved employee picking up the vehicle there was Hail Damage to the vehicle. After conferring with me Sean provided me with a loaner vehicle until my 2018 Kia Soul was repaired(Hail Damage)at the Medved dealership. During this time Madison Baca was very helpful in coordinating all of the paperwork and other duties that had to be completed before the delivery of the vehicle could be accomplished. On a Friday morning Sean called me and said my Kia was ready to be delivered. During the delivery I noticed a bug deflector that I had purchased thru the Medved Kia parts department was not installed. I asked about this and Sean replied "Cost of installation was to high and I will install this part myself." After an hour the part was installed by Sean. I was given the FOBS , paperwork and was on my way. Note: This experience has renewed my faith in Sales and Service and since there is no descriptive noun that would be appropriate in rating this experience so i'm calling this experience "Your Delivery Department is outstanding, well done." More
