Excellent service in a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere I really appreciate that Kia heard my feedback and got rid of the survey that was so difficult to fill out. The service took less time than they said it would and my concerns were addressed immediately with no condescending attitude for my lack of understanding of cars. Love it here. This was my last in a series of free service appointments I had with the lease of my Kia Soul. I knew I would have to pay for the next one, so I mentioned that I dreaded the cost going from zero to high and the service manager told me that I could get a package that would save me a ton of money over the year. What a great service manager. Love that he had my concern addressed immediately when he could have just let me pay more and I would have been none the wiser. More

Oil change performed as promised. It was completed in the correct time - one hour. I was not happy about switching from Larry Miller to Med Ved but was pleasant performed as promised.
