For the 1st time I was very disappointed. One service (tire rotation) listed, on my “coupon” was not performed, but I didn’t notice, until getting back home (an hour’s drive away). When I called, about (tire rotation) listed, on my “coupon” was not performed, but I didn’t notice, until getting back home (an hour’s drive away). When I called, about it, “Matt” told me that due to the low mileage, from the last maintenance, that it didn’t need, to be done. Even though I didn’t believe him, I was willing, to let it go, UNTIL, that is, some extremely RUDE “gentleman” (not Matt) called me today, telling me a totally DIFFERENT story + expressing his strong dislike, of my “review”. please note that I have always been pleased, with the service, in the past, but after today’s phone call, with “Mr. Rude”, I doubt if I ever use Fountain again, for my maintenance services. More

The service department is spot on. They are courteous and prompt. The communication is great and I am always pleased with the quality of their work.
