I brought my original paperwork to show I did pay for the coverage in full and my truck is covered through 2024. I now feel that your company is dishonest, I am very disappointed and unhappy with the service. I will never purchase from you again. More

Overall great experience with Phil Spangler. Worked out all the details in advance due to the car not being in stock. Once it arrived we showed up, inspected the car, took it for a test drive and then sign all the details in advance due to the car not being in stock. Once it arrived we showed up, inspected the car, took it for a test drive and then signed and left with the car. One of the easiest car buying experiences I ever had. Definitely made the usual stressful experience of car buying much easier. More

I absolutely love this dealership! My only interaction has been with the service department-the service manager and the technicians that worked on my vehicle were outstanding. Only problem was the number has been with the service department-the service manager and the technicians that worked on my vehicle were outstanding. Only problem was the number of times I had to call to get through. Both of my visits involved having to order parts for my 2011 GMC Acadia which entailed waiting for parts to arrive, but I have been extremely satisfied with the end results. More

For the 1st time I was very disappointed. One service (tire rotation) listed, on my “coupon” was not performed, but I didn’t notice, until getting back home (an hour’s drive away). When I called, about it, “Matt” told me that due to the low mileage, from the last maintenance, that it didn’t need, to be done. Even though I didn’t believe him, I was willing, to let it go, UNTIL, that is, some extremely RUDE “gentleman” (not Matt) called me today, telling me a totally DIFFERENT story + expressing his strong dislike, of my “review”. please note that I have always been pleased, with the service, in the past, but after today’s phone call, with “Mr. Rude”, I doubt if I ever use Fountain again, for my maintenance services.
