FourStars isn't enough, definitely should be called FiveS!!! Buying a car from Gene Klinkerman was one of the best experiences of my life! Over the past year I have been turned away by almost every car dealershi Buying a car from Gene Klinkerman was one of the best experiences of my life! Over the past year I have been turned away by almost every car dealership I encountered ( stay at home mom newly divorced with little to no work or credit history and what I did have wasn't good). So going into another dealership was a very difficult and scary situation for me. I took my Grandfather along for the ride knowing he wouldn't let past experiences happen again. Gene instantly eased my fears and talked me through every option I had available to me. He asked what I wanted and took my opinion without guiding me into a car that didn't suit my needs, like my past experience. He was so helpful in every decision I was making and answered every question I and my grandfather had. We test drove a new and a preowned vehicle both similar in features, color and size. I basically knew what I wanted and what I could afford. Ultimately I decided on the preowned 2018 Hyundai Accent with an excellent payment that I can afford without dipping into my budget. This experience has forever changed where I will purchase future cars. I will gladly drive the 60 minutes from my hometown to FourStars for my next (hopefully 7 years from now to buy my son his first) vehicle. More
