When we arrived Bill had the vehicle we had picked out ready and waiting. He was very knowledgeable about all the features and when it came time to make the purchase, he worked with finance to get the payments in our price range and never told us it could not be done. Andy Valentine helped with the finances and was amazing and did not try to force any additional expenses on the loan but gave us great suggestions for added protection that we accepted.
