I contacted F Starts Toyota via CarGuru's and was paired with my saleperson, Sunni. I asked for and received a clear, transparent Out the Door price that included all fees, taxes and price of the vehicle. I with my saleperson, Sunni. I had 6 trucks I was considering but, the professionalism and transparency of the entire deal process ultimately lead me to purchase from 4 Stars. Phone conversations with Sunni, John and Gary throughout various parts of the deal were not just limited to the purchase but became everyday conversation which made me feel more at ease and more like a person that just some number coming in to get suckered in a "deal".
