I have been looking for a Toyota 4Runner for a while. There was a used one that came in that piqued my interest so I came in to look at it. Russ was the absolute best to work with. Not only did he keep his word in that, he’d let me know as soon as van came on the lot. He did so in record time. He’s a straight shooter, will tell you when he doesn’t know something, but also willing to play ball without any animosity. Guy just gets it. Was an extremely pleasant experience working with him and Four Stars and I’d highly recommend anybody shopping around to start there, cause you’ll probably end your search there as well!
