Isreal is a very approachable and professional salesman. I was never pressured at any moment and it was more of a conversation I was having with a good friend. I found my dream car at this dealership. I called about it and asked if I could come test drive it on a Saturday evening because in addition to my regular job, I also work weekends. They ag I called about it and asked if I could come test drive it on a Saturday evening because in addition to my regular job, I also work weekends. They agreed. I drove 198 miles to test drive the car. When we arrived, John, the salesman I spoke to on the phone wasn't there. We test drove it worth another sales person. It seemed to drive fairly well and according to John, and the other sales person I test drove with, it had everything I was looking for in a car. When we finished test driving the car, we were pushed through the finance department at a very quick pace. I asked them to allow down a few times as I was being asked to sign paperwork already. I had some questions and felt rushed. The finance guy started that he was trying to leave town and John would contact me next week when he got back to town. It's now been nearly a month. I've left several phone messages and emails but never got a call back. I finally got John on the phone when I called and he picked up. I have him a list of several items I needed to know about. He again stated that he would get back to me. I received cookies in the mail from him, which was nice, but what I would like is some service. They continued to tell me that the car buying process has changed and is now streamlined. What it seems to me is that the process hasn't changed at all but the dealership doesn't take responsibility for providing service any longer. More

Well in June of 2025 we attempted to buy a car. We did not qualify unfortunately. But Ryan, over a period of six months stayed dedicated to his communication. He's probably the best salesman that i've been blessed enough to do business with. Even after getting the car, he checked in with me. And thankfully, because within a week of us getting our car, we had significant issues.
