Return customer x 4. This is the 4th (second new) vehicle purchased at Century. The sales and finance staff has always been excellent. I would have given this visit a 5 st This is the 4th (second new) vehicle purchased at Century. The sales and finance staff has always been excellent. I would have given this visit a 5 star rating but on 7/27 they were very short-staffed creating a very long, and tiring, buying experience. By the time I was out the door and the On-star explanation started I was just ready to come home. Not being familar with On-star, I was very much in the dark and left wanting. Also, the sales personnel did not complete the On-star paperwork correctly, failing to enter my correct email address after I advised them twice of the error. Compounding the fact was that they also mis-spelled my last name - which I did not catch on the paperwork until the following day. It took some time on the phone with On-star to correct the problems with my account. I purchased a Colorado crew cab, but was very concerned about the back seat storage capacity. As I was trading an extended cab S-10, this was a concern for me. While the sales personnel did show me how the seats folded up, not one of the three persons I interacted with demonstrated how the seat backs actually fold down as well. I did not discover this until I read the owner's manual. I would give Khalid in finance a solid 5 stars. Friendly, professional, and very quick to get the necessary paperwork complete. Lastly, I must comment on the Service Dept. I needed to return to the dealership on 7/28 for my wife to sign some papers. When we departed from home, I noticed some oil-like spray on my garage floor. I was very concerned about this and mentioned at once when arriving at the dealership. I was promptly admitted to the service area, and the mechanic invited both me and my wife back to the service bay to inspect the elevated chassis of the truck. No problems were found, and the spray was thought to have been possible condensation. I wanted to make a very positive statement about the concern and level of personal attention brought about by the service personnel. All in all, this is a great dealership, and I would certainly do business there again. I would, however, recommend that the sales staff be 100% familar with the product lines. More

The charge for the spark plug and wire replacement seemed high for what ir was but the other charges and discount they provided balanced all the service and part items so I can't complain. It can be hard to find a quality service company you can trust to do both a good job and not try to over charge and you can trust Century which means a lot to me. More
