The numbers always change I wasn't happy with my overall visit when I purchased my 2015 Chevrolet Cruze. I already knew that I wanted a Cruze and the first thing I said to Irvi I wasn't happy with my overall visit when I purchased my 2015 Chevrolet Cruze. I already knew that I wanted a Cruze and the first thing I said to Irvin was that bluetooth capability is very important to me. Come to find out after I purchase the car it doesn't stream media. I was very disappointed about that. Also, when using the auxiliry cord, it creates a lot of static. As far as the numbers go, originally I had signed and agreed to, with Sean, the terms of $310 per month for 60 months. That changed dramatically when I got to the finance Room. They originally typed up the contract for 75 months and I told them it was wrong so they changed it to 63 which I had to come back and have them change it to 60. I was also told that window tint is $300 they can divide it through my 60 month lease at $5 a month and in the gap insurance would be $5 a month bringing everything to $320 per month. I kept getting different stories about the gap insurance, the window tint, and my monthly payment once I was in finance. I ended up opting out of the window tint because I was explained later that there is interest on that and then was told with gap and no window tint, my monthly payment is $323 a month. That's more than I agreed and signed for. Also, that is after he said he lowered my APR. However my payments are still more and this doesn't sit well with me at all. I feel like I was taken advantage of. More
