Kept my car all day without looking at it. I had a 9am appointment to have my car looked at for the air conditioning. I dropped my car off the night before to make sure it would be there on tim I had a 9am appointment to have my car looked at for the air conditioning. It went all day without being looked at and I didn't even get a call until 4pm telling me they never looked at it and they would need to keep it another day. Ridiculous!!! I had to call the next day and speak with a manager just to get a update on what was wrong. I had a coupon for a $99 air condition reset and inspection and of course when I went to pick it up my bill was over $200 which included my coupon. They originally quoted me over $200 before I mentioned I had a coupon but apparently they did extra stuff that I seriously doubt they did. Total scam. I will never return and will spread the word! More
