Outstanding Customer Service Tall Tom pulled out all of the stops for me again. I had to get my Suburban Autoride fixed to haul my camper properly before I trip I am leaving on T Tall Tom pulled out all of the stops for me again. I had to get my Suburban Autoride fixed to haul my camper properly before I trip I am leaving on Tomorrow. I noticed it was out over the weekend hauling my boat. Tom was able to get the parts in quickly and get the work done in two days. Tom has always gone above and beyond for me. I will continue to have my service done by Century, as well as buy my next car at Century. Thanks for the outstanding Customer Service. More

Service above and beyond the call of Duty. I had a bad experience at a quick lube place that left my car leaking oil all over my garage. I call Tall Tom in service who has been my service writ I had a bad experience at a quick lube place that left my car leaking oil all over my garage. I call Tall Tom in service who has been my service writer for years. I called Tom Monday morning saying I needed the leak fixed as well as some other work and would need to pick the car up on Tuesday night at the latest. In usual Tom fashion he made it happen with a smile on his face and a firm handshake. He is a great asset to your dealership. More

Service Department is Amazing! I never have any issues when I service my vehicles at Century. They treat me like part of the family and truly take care of my vehicles. I always get the appointment that matches my free time and then they always offer a rental car for free. Tall Tom makes the headaches of car maintenance a excellent customer experience! Prior to finding Century, I took my car (2008 Chevy Impala SS) to GO chevy down in Westie (was the first dealer I found on Google). Go is a typical large dealership. No personalized service, you aren't a name, you're just a service tag. You aren't gonna bring your car back? Who cares...they do a zillion jobs a day. I was having an issue and stopped in early one Saturday morning, telling the service manager I was willing to wait, but I needed it fixed ASAP. Was told he just couldn't get to it today, but if I wanted to rent a car for the weekend I could pick it up on Monday. Not an ounce of concern for my problem (not to mention I waited 10 minutes in the service lane before any approached me!) Not happening! Fast forward to that Monday. Took the car to Century, no appointment, no anything. Was in and out in 2 hours. Had them order some replacement exterior trim as mine was fading. Took a few weeks to get (GM's fault, not Century's). Between my ordering the trim and my next visit, my stabilitrak went out. I was just under 1,000 miles outside my certified preowned warranty, so I knew I'd be out of pocket for the repair. When I went back in, my service advisor greeted me by name before looking up my car (he remembered), knew exactly why I was there, and got me a shuttle ride to my office. Around lunch I got a call, and was informed they could get my powertrain warranty (that's good till 100,000 miles) to cover the almost $700 repair that I needed because a bearing was bad as well as the sensor. I was floored. I didn't really have an extra $700 to part with, and this was GREAT news. I know they could've just let me pay for it and probably made more on the labor and parts in the process, but being honest and finding a way to help me out (BIG TIME) earned them a customer for life! More
