I told him what I could put down and what I was willing to pay monthly. Based on that criteria he presented me with several options and explained the ins and outs of each deal. I took the information home and compared it to quotes from other dealers. After doing my research on the quality of each car, resale value and maintenance costs, I decided the Accord was the best buy for my budget. I went back to Sammy and discussed the details. He honored our original conversation and we made a deal. He even included the tint job. I walked out with the car I wanted and couldn't be more satisfied. More

Great dealership and friendly people - not at all pushy. Received the trade-in amount I wanted for my Pathfinder and also received less than the Costco dealer price. I ordered front seat window tint and the front end mask for the car and they had that done for me before I picked the car up (so I didn't have to make another trip from Broomfield to Longmont). The new customer orientation was so good that I plan to take the car to Longmont for service. Michael Miller is fantastic and helped me with so many of the features on the car - the Iphone and garage sync, etc. I can't say enough about how helpful he was, especially ensuring I knew enough about the car to drive the car home that night in the sleet/snow. AND, my daughter/son-in-law also checked out several more dealers than I did and they bought their car from Frontier, too. I replaced the battery in my car yesterday. When I got in to drive it the radio had reset and was not working. I couldn't remember how to get that going, so I called Frontier to ask how to do that. He was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. He walked me through the process and where to find the code I needed. He then stayed on the phone til I was comfortable that I had the radio up and running tomy satisfaction. My whole experience at Frontier Honda continues to be really great. This experience just really struck me as a little "above and beyond" as it wasn't really a "big deal" to the dealership, but it sure was to me! More
