Deceptive service technician I bought my new 2005 Honda Odyssey here and have religiously taken it in for service here for the last `12 years. On my last visit for a B3 maintenan I bought my new 2005 Honda Odyssey here and have religiously taken it in for service here for the last `12 years. On my last visit for a B3 maintenance service, a newer service advisor indicated that I required over $5,000 in repairs, urgently, or I could lose my steering capability and the oil pump could break down at any moment. He even had me in the shop to look at the oil and power steering leaks myself. I took the vehicle to two independent mechanics who disagreed that any of these repairs were urgent, and suggested I have the oil pump replaced at the next timing belt change to consolidate labor costs. Needless to say, I am quite disappointed with my latest service and while I am in the market for a new vehicle, I will probably not use this dealership again. In addition, my last two appointments for oil changes took over two hours, despite having appointments for service for each visit. More

Butch was a very friendly shuttle driver, who made my drive to and from work pleasantly conversant and entertaining--and I appreciated that service as well. Did not have an appointment. The part had to be ordered If it were not for Derrick my experience would have been poor. I have never in my over 50+ years of driving a car had to replace the switch on the fa If it were not for Derrick my experience would have been poor. He immediately got it tested and found that the battery was not running up to par. Mike is trustworthy, and I always follow his recommendations. EXCELLENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT WENT AND HAD MY OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION DONE WITH THEIR EXPRESS SERVICE, WAS IN AND OUT WITH NO PROBLEMS.
