Oil change plus brake inspection and possible mitigation Services provided included a routine oil change, recall updates to middle row seats, and brake inspection because braking at high speed causes rapid s Services provided included a routine oil change, recall updates to middle row seats, and brake inspection because braking at high speed causes rapid steering wheel oscillation. I expected I might need to replace "warped" front brake rotors causing the steering wheel oscillation. I also agreed to brake pad replacement less than 40% of their service life remained. Service manager Alan suggested "resurfacing" the front rotors as a less expensive brake repair than rotor replacement. In addition, my brake pads had 60% of their surface life remaining, so they were not replaced. I trust service manager Alan's judgement about my car's repair needs as he could have elected to replace brake rotors and pads and I would not have known that less expensive repair options existed. More

Broken AC My daughters and I drove from California to Colorado for a softball tournament in my wife’s 2017 Pilot. About 1/2 way the AC went out on the vehicle. My daughters and I drove from California to Colorado for a softball tournament in my wife’s 2017 Pilot. About 1/2 way the AC went out on the vehicle. We had to drive in over 100 degree heat with no AC. Very disappointed that a new vehicle would have this issue. When we got to Westminster for the tournament, I attempted to have the AC fixed. However, the part that was needed was on back order and the dealership on 104th ordered the part. At first, they didn’t think it would come in. The part came in a week later. I took the vehicle in to have the work done. A few hours later I received a phone call advising me that their freon machine was contaminated by another dealership and there was nothing they could do. I was told to find another dealership and that they could not help me. I asked the service manager if he could find another dealership in the area and he refused. I was told I’d have to find one and explain the situation. Great customer service Auto Nation Honda on 104th. I contacted Frontier Honda in Longmont and spoke to Derek (service manager). He was very patient and listened to me as I vented. He wasn’t sure at first if they could get my car in before the Holiday, due to previous appointments. Not only did my AC get fixed, but the job was done the next day (July 3). Rob form the Blue Team and Derek were very professional and handled my situation with care and compassion. I greatly appreciate you guys and your team. If I lived in the area, you would be our Honda dealership. I can’t say thank you enough. THANKS!!! More
