UPDATE: I spoke with the Service Manager this morning and Fowler Honda will replace the oil pan once the part is available the next evening and I will bring the car in the next day for them to work on the replacement. So far, my experience with the Service Manager has been very positive. I will update once the car is fixed.

I would still recommend this dealership. They really do try to work with you when you're disappointed. I have taken my cars for years to this dealership and always had good experiences with other workers. I'm always happy with their work as well.
