The service staff welcomed us in immediately and began assessment of the problem. The staff were all incredibly nice and friendly as we took over their waiting area and offered us a place to relax, refreshments, etc... Well the vehicle needed more extensive work than could be done late afternoon. No problem at Fowler, they put us in loaner van to accommodate all our stuff and let us get back to our vacation. Their work was completed the next day as promised and upon return, all the staff could not have been nicer; and delivered on their promise of quality and completed A/C work. Absolutely best dealership ever in contact with and I have owned 3 Hondas. Great job Fowler!!!!!!!!!!!! More

I've been a customer for 13 years and my cars have never left me sitting on the side of the road. This speaks volumes to a mom who has children in her car everyday! Thank you Fowler Honda for taking such great care of me and my family for all these years. More
This dealership is a JOKE! I went to fix my car. First I was told that it will be fixed next day. But it ended up 10 days to fix the car. Do NOT take your car to Fowler Honda for service if you value your time and money. I don't like to write negative reviews, but I gave these guys EVERY opportunity to mitigate the situation and they DO NOT value your time and money. I don't like to write negative reviews, but I gave these guys EVERY opportunity to mitigate the situation and they DO NOT CARE. I took my CRV in for service to have the oil change and the 27 point inspection done. Well they said the car looked great and that there was just a small drip in the oil pan that they should fix. I said great, let's do that and paid them $500 to fix my car. When I got the car back it was UNDRIVABLE. Apparently they had damaged the struts while the car was on the lift so it was like trying to drive an amusement park ride. It felt like the car was going to come off the wheels! Well, after telling me that this sometimes happened on some of the older models when they were put on the lift (you know this and don't try to prevent this from happening?), they said they would take a look and have the manager call me on Monday. No call monday, no call tuesday. My fiance called on Tuesday afternoon for a status update and they said they were still trying to figure out how it happened. No call wednesday, no call thursday! It had been a week at this point and when my fiance called back they said that they found a small leak in the rear strut that caused the problem and it was pre-existing before we brought the car in (so even though the car drove perfectly when I brought it and now could not be driven safely) I could pay them $715 to fix it with non-Honda parts or $850 to fix it with Honda parts. As you can imagine I was not happy and should have had my car towed to Hibdon at this point. But since I still had not spoken to the manager, I decided to tell him about my experience just in case the service representative happened to be an outlier. The manager told me that he understood that I had not been treated the way they like to treat customers and that they would throw in new struts on the front for free if I would pay the $850. (Since Hibdon would have done all 4 for a non-discounted price of $900, you can see what a generous offer this was). But I like to give people the benefit of the doubt so for some reason I agreed. Another week goes by and the manager calls to tell me that they are having trouble getting the parts but that it should be early next week. ANOTHER week goes by and so I call and he says parts are here, when do you want to do the work? I request that it be done that day (it had been 3 weeks at that point). When I pick up my car and pay the $900 (because the $850 quote didn't include tax), I specifically ask before I sign my credit card slip, "So it's been driven this time and it works?" "Oh yeah," the original service guy Rob says, "It runs great now." So I take my car and when I get to main street I hear a noise under the front drivers side wheel. Once again, I take the car back and have one of the techs ride with me - he can hear it, he says, let them take a look. So I sit and wait for an hour before Rob tells me that it is another wear and tear issue that happened before they got the car and it will be an additional $160 to fix this problem. I said, "So you are telling me that in the initial inspection when you found nothing wrong with the car except the oil pan drip, you missed at least two other problems with this car that existed before the inspection that cost over $1000 to fix and now you want me to pay a second time to get my car back to the condition that it was in when I brought it to you?" And he looked me in the face and said yes. I said, "No, I will not be giving you another cent or anymore of my business and your manager has 24 hours to call me before I will be sharing my story." Of course, I did not receive a call from the manager, so I am writing this review in hopes that others are not taken advantage of. There are two explanations for my experience: either they are completely incompetent or they are intentionally scam artists. Either way, they should not be able to treat people this way, but they got their $1400 out of me and obviously didn't care enough to call me and even apologize. I will not be trusting Fowler again - a service trip to Dallas is less expensive time and money wise even with the extra gas. More
I usually hate the idea of going to a dealership for service. Experiences from my past have taught me to expect long waits, high prices, and indifferent staff. I was pleasantly surprised by Fowler Hon service. Experiences from my past have taught me to expect long waits, high prices, and indifferent staff. I was pleasantly surprised by Fowler Honda from the moment I entered the building. The staff was quick to respond to my needs and took care of my service needs in a friendly, professional manner. But what sets this service department apart from the rest are the little things, from the electronic pagers to the comfortable theater seating in the lounge, to the amazing food counter. It is the perfect spot to read or catch up on some work, or just watch the big screen TV. Each time I have visited, they have not only given me a detailed lists of other recommended services for future visits (including prices), but they even wash my car every time I bring it in....for free! A strange thing has happened since I started taking my car to Fowler Honda for service. I am actually looking forward to it for the first time ever. More

This dealer has a very poorly run garage, I would not recommend ever getting any work done here if you can avoid it. They are extremely slow and obviously inefficient, as well as notoriously terrible at recommend ever getting any work done here if you can avoid it. Expect to spend several hours in the waiting room more than what they tell you. More
DO NOT USE FOWLER HONDA, TOYOTA, OR ANY OTHER FOWLER DEALERS!!!! I live in the Norman area and I am thoroughly disappointed, even ashamed, with each and every visit I have had to make to any Fowler deal DEALERS!!!! I live in the Norman area and I am thoroughly disappointed, even ashamed, with each and every visit I have had to make to any Fowler dealer. Here are just a couple examples of the (lack of) quality you can expect from Fowler: 1) Back when gas was near $4 a gallon, my mother-in-law was in the market for a Civic so she came up for the weekend to do some car shopping with my wife and I. We went to just about every Honda dealer in the OKC area, saving Fowler for last on our way home. When we got there and started looking at the Civics, I noticed an entry on the sticker price for $1,000 extra that was labeled "market adjustment" or something like that. I asked the salesman what that was and he told me it was an added charge because Civics were in such high demand at the time! Not one other Honda dealer in the OKC area had any such charge and all of them were willing, and actually did negotiate the price of the Civics. I asked the salesman why they were adding that extra grand on the sales price and he said because they were selling at that price. Also, Fowler's position at the time was here's the sticker price, take it or leave it. Never, in my 42 years, have I seen an auto dealership exhibit such predatory, opportunistic tactics. We left Fowler and drove back to another Honda dealer and got a better deal, and with a much better attitude. 2) Last week, we took our 08 Pilot into the service department because it was making a squeaking noise when it turned a corner. The mileage on it meant that it was out of the manufacturer's warranty. However, we had purchased an extended warranty when we purchased the vehicle (not from Fowler). Alec in the service department was friendly and helpful to my wife when she dropped the vehicle off for repair. They looked at the vehicle for a while and then called my wife to let her know that it would cost $900 to repair it. She said that was fine since we had the extended warranty. They hadn't realized we were still covered by an extended warranty and when we told them they were completely put out by that fact. Alec acted like it was a complete inconvenience to have to be bothered to contact the warranty company, get authorization for the repair and so on. My wife called at 1:30 and was told by Alec that he had called the warranty company and was waiting on a call back. She called again at 4:30 and was told that Alec had left for the day and the person she spoke with said he thought Alec was still waiting on a call back. My wife called the warranty company, was immediately connected to a person, and was told that they had received a call from Fowler but that the call was disconnected and they had never received a call back. The next morning, Alec called my wife and asked her to call the warranty place because he couldn't get through and ask them to call Fowler. My wife called the warranty place again and was immediately speaking with a representative who told her they had not received any further calls from Fowler but it was against their policy for them to call a dealer. I called Alec back to see what the difficulty was. Alec was nothing but impatient, disrespectful, and downright rude to me so I asked if there was a manager there I could speak with. He forwarded my call to Jim the service manager where I left a message. Jim returned my call quickly and was very courteous, he promised to check into the situation. He called my back again after a while and told me he had gotten his shop foreman in on the job and was taking a look at my car. He called me again a few hours later to let me know they had greased some pins on the brake cylinder and that he couldn't hear the squeak anymore and that I could come get the vehicle. Fowler said there was a $30 charge on the repair but they were writing that off. I picked my Pilot up and had my son drive it home. My wife drove the vehicle that afternoon and there was absolutely no change - it still squeaked exactly like it had when we dropped it off. Jim assured me that he had driven it three times and that it was not making any noises. I absolutely believe that Fowler dreamed up $900 worth of repairs when they thought I was gonna be shelling out the money, and then when they found out it was covered by an extended warranty, squirted a little grease on a part to keep from having to work with the warranty company. All of this was done without regard to whether or not my vehicle was actually repaired - which it wasn't. 3) I mentioned Fowler Toyota before so here's what happened with them. When my wife and I were shopping for our vehicle in 2008, we stopped at Fowler Toyota first because my wife loved the Highlander. We found one there that she liked very much. The sales person was extremely nice and helpful but the negotiating process was despicable. I had thoroughly done my research on this vehicle and knew what a fair price was so that was my opening offer. The sales manager (I can't remember his name) came over and basically told me he would take around $500 off the price of the vehicle. I told him I didn't believe that was a fair price for the vehicle and he literally turned and walked away. That was the end of the negotiating - not a thanks for coming in, have a nice day, kiss my ass, or anything. Nothing but a sense of entitlement, attitude, and a complete lack of concern for the customer beyond the initial meet-n-greet when you drive onto the lot. After this most recent episode, I have had to completely wash my hands of the whole Fowler line of dealerships. We all expect certain things when dealing with car salesman - I get that. But I have never seen such a level of unabashed profiteering coupled with a complete and absolute lack of concern for the customer beyond what they can give to Fowler as I have seen here. Based on my experiences with Fowler's line of dealerships, this sort of attitude and customer care can only originate from the top. Why someone would want to institutionalize this sort of behavior is beyond me. So, for those of you who feel that Fowler has done you right, I would challenge you to think about how much, if any, you weren't right on track with what they wanted. Think hard about how they responded to any level of pushback. Then, do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else, anywhere else. Personally, I am done with Fowler! More
I love Fowler Honda!!! I have personally purchased 3 new vehicles from them in the past 6 years and would never think of going anywhere else! I will not take my Honda to any other service department, Honda vehicles from them in the past 6 years and would never think of going anywhere else! I will not take my Honda to any other service department, Honda authorized or other. Mike and the guys at Fowler are always friendly and professional! I always get a follow-up call from Leann to insure that there weren't any problems. Dallas and the sales crew are A1! Always give me the best deal and bend over backwards to make my picky husband happy! You are all the best! Its not often that a customer can say that they look forward to their oil changes! Keep up the fantastic job guys!!! More
