Good but confusing My salesman was very young. But very nice. I was looking for a new car, and he showed me a 2018 so I was very confused at first as to why the car ha My salesman was very young. But very nice. I was looking for a new car, and he showed me a 2018 so I was very confused at first as to why the car had mileage. I later learned they used it to pick up parts. He didn't have business cards and neither did the F&I manager which I thought was strange. When I picked up the car, I opened the center console and found melted chocolate, some used tissues and a granola bar. They obviously didn't check the interior before handing it over to me. The F&I manager put the wrong address and had to redo paperwork, then forgot to add my downpayment, so more changes. I asked about service ratings and neither of them knew what the ratings were. Everyone was super nice, but it lacked professionalism. More
