I was in the market for a new Kia and had called I-25 Kia and A few other Kia dealers. I initially spoke to Sebastian over the phone just to ask some questions and set an appointment for a test drive. He was and A few other Kia dealers. I initially spoke to Sebastian over the phone just to ask some questions and set an appointment for a test drive. He was energetic and so polite over the phone so we decided to stick with them. He called me the morning of our appointment asking if anything else had come up vehicle wise that we were interested in and that our test drive vehicle was being cleaned. When my husband and I arrived for our appointment the moment I said my name Sebastian greeted us and was just a friendly as he was over the phone. The young man is highly knowledgeable in the vehicles on the lot and was so polite. He answered all of our questions and at no point did we feel rushed to make a decision.
