We arrived and was immediately greated by a young man named Andrew Badgett. Andrew was very friendly and eager to find what we were looking for.....he did let us know that he was new to the job and that he may not know every answer to our questions but he would find the answer. We test drove about 5 different Sorento and narrowed it down to the one we wanted. One of the things we appreciated about this dealership is they post their BEST price, no haggling involved AND their salesman are not commission driven so they’re not pressuring you to purchase out of your price range. We found out that we were actually Andrews 1st sale and he did an awesome job and was very concerned that he do everything right and he did. Everyone we dealt with was so nice but we will hold a special place in our hearts for Andrew he is going to be a great salesman going forward. Thanks Andrew we love our Sorento!!! Best Dealership I've Ever Been To I just got a great deal on a used car. I have been shopping for this vehicle for the last month and a half. All the different car dealerships I've wen I just got a great deal on a used car. I have been shopping for this vehicle for the last month and a half. All the different car dealerships I've went to have horrible customer service. If you want to have a great experience buying a car I would definitely go to I-25 Kia. And ask for Sebastian. I asked him to get a couple things taken care of before we bought the car and he was willing to do it. I don't feel I got cheated out of anything at this dealership. Thank you for my beautiful car. Only get one key here. Bought a Ram 1500. About average price compared to similar dealers in area. It only came with one key. When I inquired about it they told me all thei Bought a Ram 1500. About average price compared to similar dealers in area. It only came with one key. When I inquired about it they told me all their used cars only had one key. A little strange I thought. I asked I-25 Kia to pay for a second key. They wouldn't. Then I asked them to split cost with me. They wouldn't. I went to the Dodge dealership and I had to pay $270 for a second key fob. In retrospect if I had it to do over again, I would not have bought this expensive truck with only one key fob. Shame on me. Lesson learned. I am helping my 2 daughters buy or lease new cars soon. I don't think we'll be buying them here. More
