Easy-Breezy Online Buying! Wow. I've never bought a car online. I'd been researching, but buying online seemed too risky. However, after lackluster experiences with two Santa Wow. However, after lackluster experiences with two Santa Fe dealerships, I went home and looked online to find the car I was seeking- a lime green Kia Soul. I found one at i25 Kia, and opened an online chat window to ask Joe Cross a few questions. He was prompt, pleasant and clear. 'Gave me a much higher offer than I'd been quoted on my trade-in, stayed with me and went above and beyond to help me really know the car I was looking at. He even smelled the car, at my request, to make sure it had no cigarette smell! And he took a little video walk around and sent that to me as well. I was smitten, but ....it's 325 miles from my home! When I mentioned this, Joe said 'No Problem! We'll deliver it. We do it all the time! (Whaaat???) and then, my last hesitation crumbled when he also said I was more than welcome,- in fact he recommended- that I test drive it when it arrived, and if I didn't like it, to send it back. It arrived without a hitch, the paperwork was all there, ready for me to sign. The car is a dream! Thanks Joe! Thanks i25 Kia! More
