Nathan once again took the time to answer questions and worked very hard to meet our needs. He even took a few minutes before we left the dealership to get both of our phones synced up and show us the ins and outs of the car. I saw a few pre-owned Kia Souls for sale on their website and called the dealership to inquire. LaDawn took my call, and after a discussion of what I wanted and how much I could afford, LaDawn went to bat for me. I am not easily financed (recent bankruptcy due to enormous medical bills) and I didn't have a big down payment. I didn't think it was even possible for me to get a car, let alone a 2012 Kia Soul. After looking into a couple Souls, LaDawn found the perfect one for me and it was time for me to take a trip from Fort Collins to Longmont to visit the dealership and test drive the Soul. The floods not only made my passage impossible but put a two week delay in my ability to get the down payment paid. No problem, however, because LaDawn brought the car to me! After test driving it and looking over her proposal, there was no doubt in my mind that this needed to be my car. It was more than I ever dreamed possible. And, she stored the Soul for me in the garage until I could get the money paid! When the purchase was complete, LaDawn even delivered the car, again, to my front door and we finished the paperwork at my dining table. It took everything I could muster to fight back tears when I saw my new car in my driveway. Amazing! I have purchased at least 6 cars in the course of my lifetime. I have never had such an accommodating, easy, and genuinely friendly/caring/considerate customer service experience, ever! These people did everything they could to get me into a GOOD deal/car. If you want to buy a car, I highly recommend working with these people. You will be more than satisfied with your purchase and experience. Nathan was great! I spoke with him on the phone early in the morning and did the entire application and approval process over the phone. I told him where I needed my payments to be and there was never any h the morning and did the entire application and approval process over the phone. With the other makes of cars that I was considering being equal for my needs, the service I received from Nathan tipped the scales in his/Kia's favor and I ended up buying a Rio. He started with a fair initial quote. That was a huge plus in his favor because then I knew his/the dealership intentions weren't to try to cheat me by starting with a high dollar quote to squeeze every penny they could out of me. He was patient with my questions (and through my test drive!) and was in general very pleasant to deal with.
