First car buying experience in 20 years. I haven't purchased a vehicle (new or used) in 20 years, so I was very nervous about it. My salesperson was Hieu Bui and I have to say he dealt with t I haven't purchased a vehicle (new or used) in 20 years, so I was very nervous about it. My salesperson was Hieu Bui and I have to say he dealt with this nervous old lady very well. He was very informative, not pushy at all, was very respectful and offered me options I hadn't considered before. Very patient with me. The financial person (sorry, I can't remember his name) was also very helpful and considerate. He made the business end of the transaction less painful than I expected. We actually had an enjoyable visit and shared a few laughs. Although still nervous, I drove away satisfied and confident that everything was taken care of for me. I attended the February 16th New Owner's Celebration and was very impressed. I never expected so much pertinent information and helpful suggestions on the care and maintenance of our vehicles. I had no idea this type of customer service existed these days. The Customer Relations Manager was very thorough and personable. I'm very happy that I picked this dealership to make my purchase.
