We are so sorry for the misunderstanding. Some warranties that are purchased in other states are not so easily tracked. Automotive data systems are not equipped to store previous warranty information other than that of the manufacturer or the warranty backed by the dealership you may be visiting. That may help with the explanation of the paperwork. Now, if we came off a little short or rude, that is not in our DNA. We strive to please and assist EVERY customer to the best of our ability.
