I just received a prompt reply from Mr. Steve Butler, Internet Director for Fowler Toyota. He was very helpful and sincere in trying to resolve the issues experienced during this purchase. I am happy enough with his response to say that Mr. Butler's approach and integrity speak highly for a dealership that responds well after a sale. Bottom line, they are making things right.
