Best Car Buying Experience I have ever had!!! I put off buying a car until there are no other options left. I have severe anxiety just thinking about stepping foot on/in a dealership. I am instantly on defense and ready for the song and dance, but my experience with Fowler Volkswagen of Norman was quiet the opposite. They are extremely laid back, unlike the shark tank feel of other dealerships. They are very personable, friendly, straight forward, and even talked me out of purchasing un-necessary extras to save me money...my husband really appreciated that! I would highly recommend their dealership! They put a pleasant spin to the entire experience, and actually made it a very enjoyable! It was quick, painless, and we met lots of lovely people. incompetent service department Nightmare in service. The Service Manager outsourced our work to some body shop before he knew anything about the damage. He assured that they knew what they were doing.....Two months later, after the body work was done, they discovered that the engine had real problems. SHAZAM! Who would have seen that coming (sarcasm). Turns out the car was a total loss. But, the exterior looks nice (again sarcasm). I want to thank the service department for needlessly making me use Uber for two months and for being complete bumpkin-morons. I wish I could give them a lower score. They are really pathetic. More
