I can say from experience that Brian I have been to several different Volkswagen dealerships with my beetle for oil changes and other warranty work. I can say from experience that Brian from Folwer Volkswagen is the best. He is extremely curteous, always gets my car fixed in a timely manner, willing to explain everything and if he does not know answer he's willing to find someone who does.
