WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Went in to trade in our truck for a Volkswagen because of all the reviews they have along with this dealership! We got Tey for a salesman and had such Went in to trade in our truck for a Volkswagen because of all the reviews they have along with this dealership! We got Tey for a salesman and had such a bad experience. After checking our credit he acted like he no longer cared to try and help us. Only coming back with 1 offer and 1 offer only. No budging or trying to work with us to see if any other lenders would lend to us. He was supposed to be asking if us getting a cosigner would help, instead he started helping a gentleman who had just walked in and started showing him a car with our paperwork still in his hands. I said his name and asked what was said about the cosigner and he said it basically wouldnt help us any! So we got up and left. He had absolutely NO interest in helping us. SOOOO we went to the Volkswagen location in the city and left in a brand new car in under 4 hrs! More
