Extremely disappointed with Fox Buick GMC. At my May service, Fox inspected/rotated my tires and told me only they were “showing wear.” After a trip to Wisconsin, I discovered severe uneven we At my May service, Fox inspected/rotated my tires and told me only they were “showing wear.” After a trip to Wisconsin, I discovered severe uneven wear. GM later told me Fox's May inspection included a photo showing exposed belts. When I returned to Fox, they showed me the MAY inspection photos/video and documentation—the condition had already been documented. Fox acknowledged the service advisor should have communicated the findings. I contacted Fox management with no response. GMC Customer Assistance also contacted Fox and told me THEY haven't received a response either. Had the findings been clearly explained in May, I would have replaced the tires before traveling. Trust is gone. More

I was very disappointed, I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early as I was walked to the waiting room I was told it may take an hour and a half to two hou tire rotation. I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early as I was walked to the waiting room I was told it may take an hour and a half to two hours, when I said that was ridiculous when I had an appointment and was told…they overbook! Two and a half hours later my car was ready! I can have this done anywhere and it’s completed in 30 minutes or less! On top of that after I got home I received an email telling me about two things they suggest I have done….no one could come to the waiting room to ask me if I wanted those jobs completed? Also when I checked out they told me everything looked good, they did not advise on any other services that should be completed. More
