Our salesman, Konner M. was a pleasure to work with. He did everything he could to get us the lowest payment possible and a fair amount on our trade. He even found something for my daughter to snack on while we waited for the car to be cleaned and the paperwork ready for signing. We'll definitely be back to deal with Fox Chevy and Konner again. Chevy Cruze engine issue I had to take my vehicle in because the engine and AC light went in. Bill Fox took my car in immediately and gave me a loaner because they were so bus I had to take my vehicle in because the engine and AC light went in. Body paint work Paint looks very good from a distance. Had to return for additional work which should have been done the first time. As a result of the 2nd time in th Paint looks very good from a distance. Had to return for additional work which should have been done the first time. As a result of the 2nd time in the body shop the car now has a grease stain on the suede drivers seat and a big scratch on the trunk lid. All of this could have been prevented if someone had just looked the car over before they called me to say it was done. More
