Let me start off by saying that Sarah is truly the best - Cota

Let me start off by saying that Sarah is truly the best to work with. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars and had lots of questions, Sarah was able to assist me to be confident in my car choice. She didn’t push me in any direction and make the whole experience low pressure. Now I have a car I truly love and I can’t thank her enough for making it happen!

The grounds and facilities are pretty clean aside from - Dab Mac

The grounds and facilities are pretty clean aside from the bathroom… I had already done three weeks of research on my next vehicle, and I on my last test drive tour. GMC and Chevy were my final 2. I was looking to purchase a vehicle when I arrived, I walked around the showroom, then outside to view your lot, then the showroom again and I almost left because no one greeted me inside, and no one came outside to see if I needed any help. I was walking back to my car to go visit another lot then Del Hogan intercepted me and asked if needed anything. He was already busy helping another person and there were 2 available salespersons sitting in the showroom who said nothing. So when he stopped me I immediately said he would get my business. I was between the Yukon/Tahoe or Silverado/Sierra. Thanks to people like Del, you got the sale, he was busy, but not busy enough to greet and assist, I came back to purchase because of Del, the customer experience is the most important part about purchasing your vehicle. I left 2 other dealerships who ignored me inside and outside of there facilities even though they both had vehicles I WANTED to purchase. You should give Del a raise and a bonus for his customer service and support, he was great, straight forward and humble. Big thanks to Michelle Cafeo as well, she was great sharing and explaining the options available during the financial and add-on services portion of the buying process. I appreciate you two!!!

Review Title: Outstanding, professional service from - derefenes

Review Title: Outstanding, professional service from Anasia Glover! I recently purchased/serviced my vehicle at Hamilton Chevrolet in Warren, MI, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Anasia Glover was my point of contact, and she was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, Anasia was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and made sure I completely understood everything involved with my [purchase / vehicle repair / lease process]. What stood out the most was her genuine professionalism and how she went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Thanks to Anasia, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and efficient. If you are visiting Hamilton Chevrolet, I highly recommend asking for Anasia Glover. She is a true asset to the team!

Good service. - detroitmikeb

Good service. Steep prices. Good service, good communication, quick action but prices especially for diagnostics are too high.

I recently purchased a 2027 Bolt from James Martin - Kujo

I recently purchased a 2027 Bolt from James Martin Chevrolet, and working with Austin and Kenneth was the best dealership experience my wife and I have ever had. From the start, Austin made the entire negotiating process incredibly smooth. He was fully transparent, quick to reply, and ultimately gave us the best out the door offer of any dealer we spoke with. Even more importantly, he was friendly, patient, and nothing like the stereotypical car salesman. He answered all of our questions, addressed every concern, and took great care of us throughout the process. He also took the time to walk us through all the technology on the Bolt in a way that was easy to understand. Kenneth in finance was equally impressive. He was relaxed, clear, and never pushy. I walked in expecting the usual long, stressful financing experience with surprise add ons, but it was the complete opposite. The process was fast, straightforward, and genuinely pleasant. When we finished signing, I remember thinking that it could not possibly be everything because it was so smooth. We will absolutely recommend James Martin Chevrolet to family, friends, and anyone who will listen. Thank you, Austin and Kenneth, for a truly wonderful experience.

I cannot recommend Wally Edgar Chevrolet, Inc. - Lindzstylz

I cannot recommend Wally Edgar Chevrolet, Inc. highly enough. My experience working with this team has been nothing short of outstanding. Steele Cackowski was the reason we actually purchased these vehicles from this dealership!! I can’t recommend him enough!! I came into the dealership with very limited car knowledge, and to be honest, I was initially intimidated by the entire car-buying process. However, Steele immediately put me at ease with his patience, professionalism, and exceptional communication. He walked me through every step, thoroughly explaining all the details without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. His approach was transparent and supportive, creating an environment where I felt completely comfortable asking questions, no matter how basic they might have seemed. What truly set this experience apart was the extra effort he put in to ensure I was informed and confident in my decision. He even took the time to create detailed videos so I could review the information at my own pace, which made a huge difference in helping me understand everything clearly. I know very little about anything electronic. This suv has tons of amazing upscale amenities that I would’ve had no idea how to use!! His dedication to customer service and genuine care for my comfort and satisfaction made this the most positive dealership experience I could have imagined. From beginning to end, I felt valued, respected, and completely confident that I was making the right choice. Unfortunately, we didn't receive that same treatment locally. The Chevy dealership here in Battle Creek, Michigan was dismissive and arrogant. They made no effort to help us, sold a vehicle we were actively interested in right out from under us, and refused to work within our budget. Because of that contrast, we are incredibly thankful for Steele and will never buy a vehicle from anyone else. If you are looking for a dealership that not only delivers excellent vehicles but also provides a truly outstanding customer experience, Wally Edgar Chevrolet is the place to go. I wholeheartedly give them my highest recommendation and will absolutely return for any future automotive needs.

I told the rep. - jkmmville

I told the rep. that the air filter light was at 0% he said they would look at it and let me know if it was bad and let me know if it was bad. they replaced it and put the "bad " one in the car. I do not know what a bad one looks like, but it did not look that bad to me.

Top notch sales and service - LHall

Excellent service every single time I walk through the doors! Got an amazing deal on a 2019 Traverse. A+ repair after my Traverse was hit, got it back better than new, you can't tell it was ever in an accident and it was shiny clean. 100% would recommend to everyone I know!
