It purchase my vehicle @ Fox.. however every service, oil change, rotation, etc was simple, pleasant and perfectly accomplished.. Their Service Team (worked w/ most staff) Top Shelve.!! Very knowledgeable and interested in making sure when the customer leaves you leave 100% safisified.. Currently/ Unfortunately I was in an accident and T-Boned.. my vehicle is of course @ Fox.. I must mention during a time of an accident (the other guys faulf) collision and body damage has always been a. If concern of mine, how well will the work be done, reduced value of my once perfect condition vehicle..... Once again the Fox Team is hitting a Homerun! Body Shop Service Agent Justin Jernstad has been simply amazing in his follow up and continuous communications with me. Additionly I had the opportunity to meet the Collision Expert working on my vehicle..(wish I remembered his name as he too was outstanding and truly a passionate expert in his art)) My vehicle is being very well taken care of. There's much more to a Dealership than just buying a vehicle.. and like everything else.. what matters most is what happens after you buy.. A very strong passionate Brand and Team... My Dealer.. I had a rental car through my insurance which I depleted and so owed $300 to the rental car company all because of this dealership. PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR REPAIRS. More

They are fast, efficient and accurate with pricing. My wife and I are getting ready to move to Harrison TWP and I will continue to make the drive to Bill Fox Rochester because of the quality and service. More
SHADY!!! I purchased a used car from Bill Fox Chevrolet in September. Since buying the car three months ago I've already put an alarming almost $700 into the v I purchased a used car from Bill Fox Chevrolet in September. Since buying the car three months ago I've already put an alarming almost $700 into the vehicle. After spending all this money and only putting about 2000 miles on the car since purchase, I'm sitting here with an estimate for just under $2000 of more repairs that need to be done. Repairs that if not done will leave my newly bought car undriveable. Two weeks of calling the dealership, asking for assistance and getting absolutely no where. I wasn't even able to get the salesman Joe Beccari to return my calls until I left a message with his general manager. When I did finally hear back from him I was told that he "was just trying to move a car" and that there was nothing he could do. If your like me and your considering going through a dealership to buy a used car instead of Craigslist or a used car lot for fear of being ripped off, think again. Dealerships can be just as shady, I can assure you this once is. After all their "just trying to move cars" right? More

Tom informed me that the vehicle was in immaculate condition and a friend of his he had known for over 40 yrs had owned the vehicle. I drove over 3 hours to find a vehicle that had missing fog lights, rust, and a hole in the front bumper cover. Once i brought these issues to his attention, Tom became very rude and amongst other things told Bill Fox owns all the car lots along that stretch of road, basically saying that the vehicle would sale if i bought it or not. At that point, i left and called back ultimately speaking with Tom's manager, named Rob Shastal. Rob apologized for Tom, but it was lackluster and it was obvious these guys were a bit arrogant. I ended up making said purchase from Ray Skillman down in Indianapolis. They even offered me coffee while the paperwork was prepared. To whomever may be reading this BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! They feel entitled to your hard earned money, but i wouldn't buy a piece of candy from this place. Horrible experience to say the least. More
