My 2003 Malibu was towed to Bill Fox Chevrolet for repairs. The car would crank but not start. I was called by Todd, and he told me I needed a PCM and ECM. Total for repair to be around $1300. I refu repairs. The car would crank but not start. I was called by Todd, and he told me I needed a PCM and ECM. Total for repair to be around $1300. I refused the repairs and had the car towed back to my house. I purchased a code checker and found 2 codes on my car. Fuel system and fuel pump. I purchased a fuel pump, installed it and the cars runs great now. Cost of repair= $250 not $1300. More

As we entered the door a salesman asked IMMEDIATELY As we entered the door a salesman asked IMMEDIATELY if they could help us (this did not happen at two previous dealerships we walked into - they As we entered the door a salesman asked IMMEDIATELY if they could help us (this did not happen at two previous dealerships we walked into - they did not even acknowledge our presence - it was like they did not have time for our questions). We had previously (months ago) spent a considerable amount of time with Mike Contoni so I asked immediately for Mike. Mike recognized us right away. We have never leased, but thought maybe if the lease amount was low enough, we could find out how it works. If it was going to work at all for us I wanted to go thru Mike. After Mike thouroughly explained how they work, we decided it was not the best for us. We then found out that Mike could sell us a used car, which I was glad because I wanted to give him the business. Mike recommended a good car for us which we bought. Mike did careful detailed work. He was very friendly and not pushy. Our overall experience was excellent. We got a low mileage car at a good price. More

Our saleman Mike Contoni was very friendly and initially contacted us in response to our internet search about the 2013 Avalanche. He utilized an e-amil to respond about a quote on a specific 2013 Avalanche. He honestly answered my questions and indicated that he would do his best to locate the vehicle my husband wanted to purchase. Mike demonstrated his willingless to address our concerns and displayed a very positive attitude when speaking on the phone. My husband and I have purchased numerous vehicles throughout the years and typically it isn't a very pleasant experience. Honestly, this is the first time that we felt at ease during the process and we need to acknowledge Mike's role in providing such a positve experience. It is obvious that this dealership practices a team approach as reflected with the manager and financial advisor. What a refreshing change from the dreaded process of purchasing a vehicle! We felt like family and were treated with courtesy, consideration and respect. We are grateful that we found this dealership and had the very good fortune of having Mike Contoni as our salesman.
