From the time we pulled onto the used car lot until we left with our new car, Joe and the team at Fox Chevrolet, got it all right. When researching my recent car purchase I found a 2010 Malibu they had advertised for quite a bit less than others I'd seen like it. I was concerned that their must be a reason for it being advertised $1000 less than a similar Malibu I'd looked at a few days prior. Ultimately I decided against purchasing the first Malibu due to some dents and dings the dealer conveniently "dissscluded" in the pictures I'd seen online. When I spoke with Joe regarding the Malibu he had on his lot he was very helpful and assured me that to his knowledge there was nothing wrong with the vehicle but would go take a second look at it just to make sure it was as he remembered. He got back with me promptly and even offered to send me updated pictures of the car! I set up a time to look at the car the following day but didn't end up making it out to drive the car until later that week. Joe was very understanding about me changing my appointment but called me the morning of to let me know that the car I was interested in was sold the previous night unfortunately I was already on my way to the dealership. When i arrived and Joe apologized for not being able to reach me before I made the trip out, needless to say I was pretty disappointed. He offered to show me a few other cars in my price range and after some time and him being extremely patient with me, I really wasn't ready to buy anything. Finally after I left he suggested I take a look at a Saturn Aura that had come in the day before and wasn't even cleaned up for the lot yet. It was very similar to the Malibu but was equipped a lot better. After talking with his sales manger he was able to get me the Aura at a price pretty close to the base Malibu I was looking at and their financing department even beat the rate my credit union got me. I took delivery later that day and was extremely satisfied with their entire staff and my new car. I would defiantly recommend this Joe Beccari and Bill Fox Chevy to a friend. More

I spoke to the salesman that sold it to me and he just shoved me off on the sales manager who was naturally out of the office. After several calls I got hold of the manager and these ass holes wouldn't even consider doing the work for less or discount the parts. Beware these guys live up to the stereotype for used car salesmen crooked. More

I purchased a car from this dealer and spent the entire day at the dealership. From having the wrong information on my paperwork, to the finance manager not knowing what was going on with my check. Did I mention that they advertised buy a car get a TV and I am still waiting on my TV. I also took my vehicle to have wheel locks put on, only to find out that the rim was very badly damaged. They claim they did a 117 point inspection. If I didn't need this car I would fight to return it. Don't be fooled, they have a huge inventory, but they lack solid service and advertise falsely, as my didn't have a remote start either!!! RUN RUN RUN More
