Window Regulator Malfunction My passenger window regulator motor seized up and the window was stuck in the open position. I took it in to service and Jayson McGuire took good car My passenger window regulator motor seized up and the window was stuck in the open position. I took it in to service and Jayson McGuire took good care of me and explained what was needed to get it operational again. Jayson was able to get the new part needed and kept me informed of the repair progress. My vehicle was repaired and returned to me the same day. Jayson McGuire is a Pro at servicing his customers and he is the Best of the Best. .... Well Done Jayson !!! More

Oil Change & Warranty Work Oil Change & Multi-Point was great. Service Manager (Ron) DID NOT ADDRESS my Bumper Chrome Issue! The bumper chrome is degrading and Ron would not add Oil Change & Multi-Point was great. Service Manager (Ron) DID NOT ADDRESS my Bumper Chrome Issue! The bumper chrome is degrading and Ron would not address this. He suggested I talk to someone at GM. Tom Peters May help us, we’ve bought upwards of 20 vehicles from Fox.
