Excellent service Rodents chewed wiring and harness under the hood two different times in about a month. First incident caused problems with antilock braking system and stabilitrack (9 wires chewed) Second incident messed up ignition (car would not start), drained one cell in battery and caused several other electrical mess ups (badly chewed wiring harness). Bill Fox Chevrolet Service team did an excellent job getting my car up and running smoothly as always. I have great confidence in their expertise. Repair Service Recently I took my 2018 Silverado in for a defective bumper (chrome). Initially, it was thought GM would not cover this replacement. My salesman Tom P Recently I took my 2018 Silverado in for a defective bumper (chrome). Initially, it was thought GM would not cover this replacement. My salesman Tom Peters got involved and with the help of the General Manager Mark, the dealership covered the repair. Once again Fox Chevrolet came through! Window Regulator Malfunction My passenger window regulator motor seized up and the window was stuck in the open position. I took it in to service and Jayson McGuire took good car My passenger window regulator motor seized up and the window was stuck in the open position. I took it in to service and Jayson McGuire took good care of me and explained what was needed to get it operational again. Jayson was able to get the new part needed and kept me informed of the repair progress. My vehicle was repaired and returned to me the same day.
