Went in for a scheduled oil change and was told they were 1.5 hours behind and the wait would be 2 hours with change. Why didn’t they call and tell us to come in 1.5 hours later. Was told this after waitin 1.5 hours behind and the wait would be 2 hours with change. Why didn’t they call and tell us to come in 1.5 hours later. Was told this after waiting for 10 minutes with 4 service writers ignoring me. Went to Wally Edgar and the oil was changed in 30 minutes. This is the last time we will ever go to Bill Fox. Also, Bill Fix offered no alternatives - a ride home…. Me waiting 2 hours with a SCHEDULED appt did not bother the dealership at all. The customer comes last must be their motto. More

DANGER! !! WARNING!!! I serviced my 2017 Chevy Equinox here and my vehicle drove all the way home with 3 out of 5 wheel lug nuts. The rest of the vehicles whe !! WARNING!!! I serviced my 2017 Chevy Equinox here and my vehicle drove all the way home with 3 out of 5 wheel lug nuts. The rest of the vehicles wheel bolts were not all tightened correctly. This puts the driver at risk as well as the risk of danger to other drivers on the road. Dealer had to send repairmen to my home to replace the wheel locks and a missing lug nut. While I had my Silverado here for an oil change, they told me the oil cooler lines needed to be replaced because they were leaking. After the 3-day repair that was supposed to be a few hours the truck began to idle roughly. A couple weeks go by and now, my truck with 34,500 miles needs to have a new engine installed with no anticipated day of repair. Not only did you lose a customer who purchased 2 new vehicles, but GM lost a customer who will not return to any GM dealerships to buy another vehicle after our absolute disgustingly rude experience at Bill Fox Chevrolet. More
