2006 Chevy Silverado Your service dept treated me with total respect and worked diligently to find a solution to my problem; although my initial problem could not be dupli Your service dept treated me with total respect and worked diligently to find a solution to my problem; although my initial problem could not be duplicated there were a couple other serious issues that were resolved and fixed and I was offered a loaner vehicle while the repairs were made so I didn’t have to be without a vehicle for long. Quick friendly service I needed a new tire (due to our wonderful Michigan roads).!! Lol So I called Fox for cost and if they had itire in stock. Brad took my call and sai I needed a new tire (due to our wonderful Michigan roads).!! Lol So I called Fox for cost and if they had itire in stock. Brad took my call and said he could have the tire by 1:00 that afternoon and he could have it done that day. Brad called me at 1:05 and said to come down anytime. It took 40 min from when I stepped out of car until I was back on the road. Very quick. Also Fox tire prices are competitive, I checked 3 other places and they all were higher priced. They also price match if you do find a cheaper price. I leased my vehicle from this dealership and have also been here for oil changes. Was able to get in and out quickly for that to. So far I have no complaints about Fox Chevy. More
