Body shop quote Took too long for my vehicle to looked at. Vehicle was at dealership Jan 2 or 3rd. Was told it would be assigned a tech by Jan 9 or 10 & would get call by Jan 10. Tech was not assigned & didn't get call back. Called & left message on Jan 11 & had to call again Jan 12 before I got a call back. Asked for loaner in case it was fixable. Was told no but could get Enterprise. Other Chevy dealers offer free loaners for body shop repairs. Would have had vehicle towed to different dealership had I know this & also poor service More

Greetings need work I’ve leased here 5 times so far and believe this is a good dealership with good service. However, they need to work on how they greet you when you come in for service. A simple Hello, someone will be with you shortly would be fine. Instead, you just stand there where no one even makes eye contact and just wait. It’s really bad when you see soneone that looks like they are doing absolutely nothing thinking they must not be a service person only to find out that they finally acknowledge your presence and help you after several munutes of doing nothing. Also, when I came back, I had to wait several minutes again just to pick up my keys. The service person could have easily multi-tasked and asked what I was waiting for (or maybe remembered me from 4 hous ago or telephone call 2 hours prior) and just hand me my keys. But no, I had to wait until the prior two. customers were completely done to even notice me. Again - dealership as a whole is great but customer service needs improvement. More
