First maintenance visit I had to switch dealers because very unhappy with the dealership I purchased my brand new, paid in full, 2017 Traverse. They contacted me (a lot going on and this maintenance slipped my mind) which was awesome because I had forgotten to schedule at the appropriate time. The personnel at BF are excellent and professional. From the scheduling to the service and shuttle service I was extremely impressed and relieved. (Nothing like the dealership I purchased from). Everyone I came into contact with were professional, personable and informative. I’m very very happy I have Bill Fox Chevrolet for my dealership. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
