In for first oil change on new vehicle. The work was just fine. The people were great including the service staff & the driver. Service for older vehicle I brought my vehicle in for service which I was sure would be extensive and costly. Some financial setbacks have made it necessary for me to sttrreet I brought my vehicle in for service which I was sure would be extensive and costly. Some financial setbacks have made it necessary for me to sttrreetch the life out of my car until I'm able to purchase a new one. Todd was awesome and actually listened to me when I recounted my car's "symptoms". He called to update me a few hours after I dropped the car off and again when the vehicle was ready. The cost was far less than I I anticipated and my vehicle was ready for pickup that afternoon. On this, and previous trips to this service department, I appreciate that Todd and the other reps actually listened to me and that I didn't feel like I got ripped off. Good experience all around. Also noted: the courtesy van drivers at this location are very nice. More

I returned a lease vehicle, was not releasing another vehicle, my son is off to college or I would be getting another vehicle. He was just as friendly as if I was replacing this vehicle. I have leased two cars with Mark and would highly recommend Mark and his staff at Bill Fox Chevrolet to do business with. It's a true experience of building a relationship with a dealership and staff that you want to do return business with. It's not about pushing units, he wants you in the vehicle you want with the options you want. More
Parts Missing When I got my car back I went in for issues I was having and it ended up being a recall. I was disappointed at the wait time for the parts to come in...almost a full week to I went in for issues I was having and it ended up being a recall. I was disappointed at the wait time for the parts to come in...almost a full week total to get my car back. Before getting my car back they called and asked me if I wanted them to replace my serpentine belt, I asked how much and he said $165, he's joking right...it's a $20 part and a 5 minute fix, so I kindly said no thank you. Upon getting my car back I noticed my battery light was on, I pulled over and popped the hood and there was NO serpentine belt! It was already past 4 and didn't want to wait any longer at the dealer. I will never go back. Luckily there was a parts store near by. More

Great Experience at Fox Chevrolet Pulled into preservice area and was immmediatley greeted by Daniel. Very friendly service rep. Very impressed with this time saving idea. As stated, my car was ready in a resealable amount of time. Plus, I didn't have an appointment - Very impresssd!! Highly recommend this dealer for service.
